- Payment information: If you purchase a paid plan we collect payment details via third-party payment processors — we do not store raw card data on our servers.

- Cookies & similar technologies: Small files stored on your device that help with session management, preferences, analytics, and improving our product.

5. Data Retention

- Uploaded files: Deleted automatically after 30 days by default (unless you choose otherwise or use a paid account with different retention settings).
- Account data & logs: Retained for as long as needed for service operation and legal compliance, generally up to 2 years after account closure unless required otherwise by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, analytics, and to remember preferences. You can control cookie preferences in your browser and opt out of certain tracking via the methods described in our cookie banner.
